By accessing or using Votice, including our management app and SDK integration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including developers who integrate our SDK and end users who interact with feedback systems powered by Votice.

2. Description of Service

Votice is a feedback collection and voting platform that provides:

• Management App: A native app for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS to create and manage feedback boards, moderate content, and view analytics
• SDK Integration: A Swift/SwiftUI SDK for developers to integrate feedback collection directly into their Apple platform applications
• Cloud Infrastructure: Backend services powered by Firebase for data storage, analytics, and real-time synchronization

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use Votice, you may need to create an account:

• Apple Sign-In: We use Apple's authentication system, which provides anonymous email addresses to protect your privacy
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time, and all associated data will be permanently removed without possibility of recovery
• Prohibited Use: You may not create accounts using false information or impersonate others

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Votice, you agree not to:

• Harmful Content: Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates others' rights
• Spam and Abuse: Submit spam, duplicate content, or engage in any form of abuse or harassment
• System Interference: Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer our services
• Unauthorized Access: Access or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that don't belong to you
• Commercial Misuse: Use our services for unauthorized commercial purposes or in ways that compete with Votice

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Votice, including feedback, suggestions, and comments. By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

• Display and distribute your content within the Votice platform
• Use your content for service operation and improvement
• Share your content with other users as intended by the platform design

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

Votice, including our SDK, management app, and related technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute our software without permission
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use our trademarks without authorization

6. SDK License and Integration

If you integrate our SDK into your applications:

• License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SDK in your applications
• Compliance: You must comply with Apple's App Store guidelines and these terms when using our SDK
• Data Handling: You are responsible for informing your users about data collection and obtaining necessary consents
• Updates: We may update the SDK, and you should use the latest version for optimal security and performance

7. Third-Party Services

Votice integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:

• Firebase: Our backend infrastructure is powered by Google Firebase, subject to Google's terms of service
• Apple Services: Authentication and App Store distribution are subject to Apple's terms
• Your Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree to comply with these third-party terms

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us:

• Privacy Policy: Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms
• Anonymous Data: We prioritize user privacy through anonymous authentication and minimal data collection
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Availability: Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice
• No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services during your subscription period, or zero if you are using the free tier
• User Responsibility: You use our services at your own risk and are responsible for your content and actions

11. Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated:

• User Termination: You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time
• Our Termination Rights: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access will cease and data may be deleted

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved through:
